Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
Maison Brome currently ships within Canada and to the United States. We do not yet offer shipping to other international destinations.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders that are ready to ship are normally prepared within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery times displayed at checkout are carrier estimates and are in addition to processing time. They are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods, because of weather, or due to circumstances outside our control.
CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders of CAD $200 or more. For orders below CAD $200, shipping is based on weight and displayed at checkout. Current options are:
• standard shipping from 0–2 kg: CAD $14.90;
• standard shipping from 2–30 kg: CAD $21.90;
• express shipping from 0–2 kg: CAD $21.90.
Oversized, very heavy, unusually fragile, or free-shipping-ineligible products may have separate conditions. The applicable rate or pickup option is displayed on the product page or at checkout.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
Available services and shipping charges are displayed at checkout according to order weight. Applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout when required. US shipments are sent with duties paid when required by the carrier.
Every product sold by Maison Brome is made in Canada. Customs processing can nevertheless extend delivery times.
STORE PICKUP
Free pickup is available at Maison Brome, 91-2 Lakeside Road in Knowlton. Orders are normally ready within 48 hours. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup email before visiting the store.
Pickup is available during the designated hours of 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Holiday hours may vary.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND DAMAGED PARCELS
Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before completing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@maisonbrome.ca. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.
Fragile merchandise is packed with care. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item, interior packaging, outer carton, and shipping label.
