For food products, we’ve secured an exclusive partnership with Humminghill Farm—flowers, honey, maple syrup, and flavored vinegars grown on their permaculture farm in West Bolton—as well as a line of condiments created and prepared by Chef Ashley Thornton.

In the Bolton-Ouest permaculture community, Humminghill Farm is our sole food supplier. Cut flowers, honey, maple syrup, flavored vinegars, and condiments created by Chef Ashley Thornton—local products that tell the story of the land.
