Humminghill Farm is Maison Brome’s exclusive agricultural partner. Located in West Bolton, it grows and processes local produce in the spirit of permaculture, seasonality, and respect for all living things.

Cut flowers, honey, maple products, flavored vinegars, and seasonal condiments connect Maison Brome to the land around it. Each product reflects the patient craftsmanship, natural rhythm, and way of life unique to the Eastern Townships.
